RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We at Norsent Apparel strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at email@example.com.
What is The Norsent Apparel's Exchange Policy for T-Shirts?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 7 days of the delivery. We will issue a return order for the product.
Please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you return the products to us for us to be able to process your return request.
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The exchange will be made, free of cost only if there is a damage issue with the design or the product is damaged itself.
Returns and exchanges exchanges of the products will only be accepted in case the product is damaged, or the product is not what you ordered.
It will only be exchanged when you send us a picture of the Damaged product on our Instagram handle or via email.

What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per The Norsent Apparel's Exchange Policy?
Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Used items or damaged items will not be accepted or exchanged.
In case of any sort of manufacturing defect, you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you out.
Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
All orders that come in on a normal working day between Monday to Saturday before 11:00 AM are shipped out on the same day. Orders that come in after 11:00 AM, Sundays or Public holidays are shipped out on the next working day.
If you want to cancel your order, please send us a mail at email@example.com latest by 12:00 PM and we will guide you through the process.
Can I get a refund for my order if I cancel it? (For both Prepaid and COD orders).
Yes, we can refund your payment on request. In case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed through online mode of payment within 10 working days.
(Cash on Delivery handling charges and return shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the amount that the customer has paid).
For prepaid orders, if the customer has not accepted the order/has rejected the order at the doorstep due to unavailability of the customer, twice the shipping amount will be deducted before issuing the refund.
For returning prepaid orders, twice the shipping amount will be deducted before the refund is issued.
If the order is paid via Cash on Delivery, twice the shipping amount and COD handling charges will be deducted before the refund is issued.
(Refund is issued in such cases only if the customer has asked for a refund).
Open deliveries are not available.
If the customer asks for an open delivery (open package) at the time of delivery, the order will not be delivered.
The customer should not ask for an open delivery.
If this is the case, the delivery will be attempted twice. If the customer is still not accepting the delivery then the order will be cancelled.
